Present Category – 1
Simple Sentence Present की Category – 1 में Helping Verb (Is/Am/Are) का प्रयोग किया जाता है तथा इसमें Subject किसी क्रिया को नहीं करता है या उसके बारे में बताया जाता है।
Positive Helping Verbs
Is – है (Hai)
(is) का प्रयोग 3rd Person Singular Noun [He/She/This/That/Any Singular Thing & Name…] आदि के साथ किया जाता है।
Am – हूँ (Hoon)
(am) का प्रयोग केवल [(I) {आई}] के साथ किया जाता है, जो की 1st Person Singular Subject है।
Are – हैं (Hain)/हो (Ho)
(are) का प्रयोग We/You/You/These/Those/Books/Any plural Subject… के साथ किया जाता है।
Negative Helping Verbs
Is – is not
Am – am not
Are – are not
Affirmative (सकारात्मक)
Subject + is/am/are + object.
आप चालाक हो
You are good.
वह मेरी दोस्त है।
She is my friend.
मैं स्कूल में हूँ।
I am in school.
हम बाजार में हैं।
We are in the market.
यह गिलास टुटा हुआ है।
This glass is broken.
मैं थका हुआ हूँ।

Negative (नकारात्मक)
Subject + is/am/are + not + object.
आप चालाक नहीं हो?
You are not good.
वह मेरी दोस्त नहीं है।
She is not my friend.
मैं स्कूल में नहीं हूँ।
I am not in school.
हम बाजार में नहीं हैं।
We are not in the market.
